Poker dealer can help you win

When talking about Casino Poker dealers, the stereotypical view is that of a tough, cool big man, handing out the cards. Yet, dealers are actually quite far from this, and with playing poker at casinos it can be very helpful to know your dealer.

Dealers are most likely not there because it is their dream job but they have to do it for work. They are all human and range in terms of quality. Most dealers are there for the pay check, and aren't even trained properly. Many don't even have a good understanding of English, and this can all be used to an advantage. Every person likes a good compliment. So smooth talk your dealer. Don't make it obvious, a normal comment such as 'nice tie' works fine. Let him know you are the good guy, or at least get him to feel that way. Be warned, trying something over the line like a 'tip', which in turn is a bribe, can get out of hand.

In addition to this, analyzing how a dealer deals can effectively gain you some ground. Time isn't a factor whilst playing poker, so check how the dealer does what he does. Make the battlefield your own; know everyone's strengths and weaknesses.
