On the other hand, if you've got bullets and a third comes on the turn, it is unlikely that you are going to be beaten.  If there are no draws on the board, it's ok to slow play and give your opponent a free card.  Understand that you could be asking for trouble if you do that.

If the board presents a straight draw or flush draw with that Ace, you cannot afford to allow your opponent a free card.  That doesn't mean that he won't call your bet anyway, but you've got to try to take down the pot with your set of Aces.

Another thing that may be possible, is a smaller set being present among the other players.  Your Ace has given you a winner.  And you know that if the board pairs, you'll likely win.  The only card you've got to be concerned with would be the fourth card of your opponent's holding.  The chances of that happening are minimal enough that you should proceed regardless.  If you think your opponents are vulnerable to a slow play and there's not much chance of them doing better than you, go for it.\
